Pt. d’Andratx

The harbour town of approximately 1000 inhabitants with its wonderful natural harbour is a pleasure to behold. Numerous restaurants line the promenade opposite the yacht club. It is worth taking a walk to the peninsula Cap de sa Mola (lighthouse).

Andratx

The typically Majorcan town 26 km from Palma with its approximately 1000 inhabitants has geometrically laid out streets and a pretty town hall. Tourists can pick up bargains at the weekly Wednesday market.

Camp de Mar

The small holiday development between Andratx and Peguera has a quiet sandy beach lined with just a few hotels. Well known and a must for golfers is the beautifully designed golf course “Carretera Camp de Mar”.

Peguera

Peguera awaits you with a pedestrian promenade that was only completed in 1997, and is ideal for families as it boasts several beaches for unspoilt seaside fun. In the evenings young and old meet up in the bars and discos for a perfect end to the day.

Palma

Palma is the capital of Majorca and possibly the loveliest town in the Mediterranean. About 30 km from Cala Llamp, it is worth going for a day’s sight-seeing, shopping or just to stroll around the giant harbour or the beautiful old town.

Sant Elm

Little Sant Elm is the most westerly town on Majorca. Right in front of the town is the island “Sa Dragonera”, a natural paradise that can be reached by ferry. A hike in the hills of Sant Elm to the “La Trapa” monastery is also extremely worthwhile.

West coast

A drive along the mountainous landscape of the west coast gives a succession of new impressions of nature’s wonderful colours. Places such as Estellencs, Valldemossa and Deià are ideal for a stop along the way.

Beaches

Majorca has countless beaches. Here is a selection: close to Cala Llamp are Camp de Mar (5 km), Sant Elm (8 km), Peguera (8 km).A little further afield are the fabulous beaches of Cala Figuera (Cap de Cala Figuera), Es Trenc and Cala Figuera (Santanyi).
