Price list for Las Escaleras holiday apartments

Terms and conditions of rental:
Arrival/departure: daily
Rental starts: 16:00
Rental ends: 11:00
The minimal rental period from May to September is eight consecutive days (the day of departure is not counted). Shorter periods may be booked for the rest of the year.

Please pay the deposit quoted in cash on your arrival. If no damage is reported the deposit will be refunded to you on the day you leave.
The final cleaning fee has be paid in addition to the price of travel upon booking reservation. The total price is the sum of the price of travel plus the final cleaning fee.

Payment process:
50% of the total price (price of travel + cleaning fee) is due within seven days of receipt of the booking confirmation issued just after your booking reservation. When the deposit is received, the booking contract is concluded and your booking of the apartment for the required period is binding. The remaining 50% of the total price (price of travel + cleaning fee) is due four weeks before the start of your stay.

Cancellation charges are: 50% of the price of travel up to four weeks before the start of your stay, 100% of the price of travel within four weeks of the start of your stay (if the apartment in question is rented to another party after the cancellation the cancellation charge will be reimbursed).

Further information:
The idyllic position of the terraced houses is linked with the natural noises and circumstances of an area that is being developed. The last section of the lane leading to the houses consists of a bumpy tarmac road, on which you should drive slowly.
The complex is located just outside a built-up area and so is not part of a touristy hotel or bungalow zone. People renting these individual terraced houses are participating in the natural life of the region. Inhabitants of the neighbouring houses and apartments would appreciate your consideration with regard to the level of noise and periods when people are resting.

An apartment in the south:
While you are on holiday you will be living in an individual apartment by the sea. Despite the best possible preparation and management, technical glitches happen, it’s all part of Mediterranean life. We make careful preparations and arrangements. However, if problems still occur, our property management service is available to you at all times. For your part please understand these are a natural part of the local life.

From the beginning of May to the end of September (high season), noisy construction works in the Cala Llamp bay are strictly prohibited by the local authority, so in this period there should be no noise disturbance. However basic construction work can still be carried out in this period.
For the rest of the year there may be construction noise, as something is always being built somewhere in the bay. For this reason there can be no refunds of rental costs on the grounds of construction noise.

Included in the price:
Washing machine and dishwasher, SAT-TV, radio/cassette/CD, Central heating, Air conditioning in the bedrooms, large terrace with Weber barbecue, Corner seating unit and outside shower.
Fully equipped kitchen (equipment, dishes), microwave.
Bathroom (shower, WC, towels).
Bed linen.
Cot and high chair can be ordered (specify on reservation form).
Electricity/water/heating.
Otherwise equipped as in the individual descriptions.
The apartments are furnished to a superior standard that goes far beyond the quality of the conventional, usual level of holiday apartments.

All measurements (e.g. bed sizes, distances, room sizes) are approximate.

Access via natural stone steps (fairly strenuous).
Lift available (also approved to take people, max. 220 kg).
